What is Next?
Over the next year, the Project Study Group (PSG) with the aid of stakeholder input will explore design alternatives based on environmental and engineering assessments conducted during the Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) process as required by the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). The results from this effort will be a selected preferred alternative for the Final Environment Impact Statement (FEIS)
document.
