Disadvantaged Business Enterprises Directory

The Illinois Department of Transportation’s Bureau of Small Business Enterprises maintains this Disadvantaged Business Enterprises Directory of certified Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) for the purpose of providing a reference source to assist bidders in meeting the requirements of the Special Provision “Required Disadvantaged Business Participation.”

Future Directories:
As of January 1, 2000, printed copies must be requested from the Bureau of Small Business Enterprises at (217) 782-5490.

Part I Includes an introduction and the listing (addresses) of certified firms in alphabetical order.

Part II - Includes the work categories and the districts of the state in which the firms have indicated they are available to perform.
