depending upon weather and other factors beyond the
control of the Illinois Department of Transportation.
The "Estimated Completion Date" is for ROAD WORK ONLY!
Landscaping, which is seasonally restricted, and other
miscellaneous work, such as lighting and traffic signals
may need to be completed after this date. These
remaining items are not expected to have a major impact
on traffic.
