Work also includes HMA full-depth pavement, storm sewers, combination curb and gutter, an asphalt bike path and the installation of traffic signals; located along IL 31 approximately 3,457 feet south of Klasen Road to 1,720 feet north of Trinity Drive, in Algonquin, Lake in the Hills, Cary, and Crystal Lake.
