| IDOT procures for engineering consultant services through 30 ILCS 535/ Architectural, Engineering, and Land Surveying Qualifications Based Selection Act. The process interfaces with the Procurement Code and the revisions to the Procurement Code have resulted in several changes to the process. These changes will affect all projects that are solicited after July 1, 2010, beginning with PTB 157. The changes include revised financial disclosure statement for primes
