Old State Route 66 in Glenarm
to Close Temporarily

Alternate Route
GLENARM - The Illinois Department of
Transportation (IDOT) announces that Old State Route 66 (11615
Old Route 66) in Glenarm, IL, near the Panhandle Eastern
Compressor Station, will be closed to traffic by 8:00 a.m.
Friday, October 23.
Work crews will open-cut the road to replace
a natural gas pipeline underneath the roadway. We anticipate
this project will take until mid next week to complete. Work
crews hope to have the road re-opened to traffic by
next Friday, November 6, weather
permitting.
The contractor on this project is Panhandle Eastern out of
Glenarm, IL. |
