The
IDOT American Recovery and Reinvestment Act –
Contractor/Consultant Reporting application
has been developed by IDOT to collect and report data
required by the Act to the federal agencies within US DOT, as
well as provide information to the general public.
The Illinois Department of
Transportation has received funds for
infrastructure from the “American Recovery and Reinvestment
Act of 2009 (“Stimulus Bill”, Pub. L. 111-5, H.R. 1, S. 1)”,
which was enacted by the 111th United States Congress and signed
into law by the President on February 17, 2009.
The Act requires the Department to
collect monthly payroll data from the prime and sub contractors
who will be performing the actual work. Project status and
payroll information must be reported to the Federal Highway
Administration (FHWA), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA),
Federal Transit Administration (FTA), and the Federal Railroads
Administration (FRA) on a monthly basis. |
