Please note: All
interested parties providing testimony or doing a presentation before the Task
Force must have any handout or power point materials available to the committee
by noon, Thursday, February 5, 2004 in order to provide for timely distribution
to the committee members prior to the Task Force meeting on 2/6/04. Thereafter,
future Task Force meeting materials need to be forwarded to the Task Force the
Wednesday before the scheduled meeting by noon. Materials can be forwarded to
the attention of Deputy Director Daniel E. Stefanski at e-mail address
stefanskide@dot.il.gov The mailing address is IDOT-DPT, 310 South Michigan
Avenue, Suite 1600, Chicago, Illinois 60604. If the materials are too voluminous
to e-mail or fax, 25 copies must be sent to the aforementioned address to
provide for distribution to the Task Force.
