The mission of the Office of Quality Compliance and
Review (OQCR) is to independently test and provide
assurance to the Secretary of Transportation as to
the level of fiscal integrity and construction
contract compliance, and to ensure professional,
confidential and cooperative investigations with law
enforcement agencies. |
