This service allows easy and prompt access to information on local, as well as state-wide excess property auctions. It offers an easy way to stay informed of all upcoming sales opportunities.

Sales are normally held on the site, at a nearby public facility or other convenient locations. Sales may consist of parcels of land, usually small and irregularly shaped, structures such as houses, barns, and buildings, and also personal property such as refrigerators, air-conditioners, furnaces, mobile homes, etc. There are no set schedules for these disposal auctions, but rather they are held where and when the situation warrants. Payment methods are subject to sale category, but generally are due on the date of sale. Specific terms, dates, and locations are described in detail in the notification you receive.
