IDOT development the PrePass flier in cooperation with PrePass. The fliers were distributed with the cooperation of the Secretary of State’s Office. PrePass has been promoted as a green initiative to help reduce fuel consumption and carbon emissions. PrePass also enhances the safety of our roadways by reducing the number of trucks entering and exiting the weigh stations.
