Alcohol campaign reporting form reports results of alcohol
enforcement activities for law enforcement grants. The
primary users of TS 100 are mini-grantees and existing ("add
money') grantees participating in annual alcohol campaigns
that take place throughout the year. This mandatory data
collection form must be properly completed and submitted by
grantees before claims for reimbursement will be processed.
The TS 100 will be submitted to the DTS Evaluation Unit.
