* SPECIAL NOTICE
NOTICE OF AMENDMENT TO REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS
Please be advised: The opening of proposals for land acquisition services
contracts scheduled for Monday, December 4, 2006, at 1:00 pm has been
postponed for 24 hours. Severe weather last week and weekend and power
outages throughout the state and the St. Louis area have caused numerous
delays, especially with overnight delivery services.
Proposals for contracts DOT07-LAC-D6-02; DOT07-LAC-D8-01; DOT07-LAC-D8-02;
and DOT07-LAC-D9-01 must arrive at the Illinois Department of
Transportation, Division of Highways, 2300 South Dirksen Parkway,
Springfield, Illinois, Room 330, no later than December 5, 2006 at 1:00 pm.
All proposals delivered by the amended deadline will be publicly opened in
Room 330 on Tuesday, December 5, 2006, at 1:00 pm.
