Submitting Paper Bids
Because of the considerable savings in time and money the Department encourages
all contractors to utilize the electronic bidding
process, however, paper bids will be accepted. If you choose to submit your bids
on paper, please follow the Bid Guidelines and Checklist to assure that your bid
is in the proper order and submitted correctly.
