PDF Format (.pdf) files require Adobe TM Acrobat Reader to view and print. These are the actual standard sheets with the signature block. They are not designed to be modified.

DGN Format (.dgn) files were created using Microstation TM by Bentley Systems, Inc. and require Microstation TM or Powerdraft TM to view.  First download the file to your hard drive by clicking the right mouse button (do not use the left mouse button), then choose "save target as".  These standards files do not include an IDOT signature block and may be modified.  For a copy of a signed standard, please look at the appropriate standard in .pdf format.
