Maintenance mowing, herbicide spraying, and repairing tree
shelter at the Joslin Wetland located at the southeast side of
IL 92 and the Rock River Bridge located in Henry County, near
the Rock Island County line; includes 120 acres mowing; 19 acres
non-selective herbicide applications; 1,800 tree trunk predator
protection repair; 500 tree shelter replacement; 500 tree
shelter repair; 500 tree shelter stake replacement;
