Project Development & Management

The project development phase contains basic steps that include refining the purpose and need, developing alternatives, evaluating alternatives and selecting the appropriate course of action. In CSS project, various management tools are utilized to build a collaborative team that consists of governmental agency staff, consultants, and external stakeholders. Generating team trust and utilizing accountability mechanisms results in keeping a project on track and on schedule.
