| The Illinois General Assembly has passed Public Acts
96-0795 and
96-0920, effective July 1, 2010. Among the other provisions, these
Acts contain several new requirements for contractors and certain
subcontractors. These requirements involve new certifications,
financial and conflict of interest disclosures and increased review
by the Procurement Policy Board.
