FAA Program Guidance Letter
On April 30, 2004, the Federal Aviation Administration
(FAA) released a Program Guidance Letter regarding the new
Vision 100 Bill. Within the letter is guidance relating to
the eligibility of AIP funding for certain revenue producing
facilities (i.e. T-Hangars, Fuel Farms).
Please note that included with this letter is an Intermodal
Planning Certification form, as well as an Agreement for
Transfer of Entitlements form.
