The Illinois Airport Directory provides general information for
visual flight rules (VFR) flying that may be useful to a pilot
planning a flight or communicating with a particular airport.
The directory is not intended to be relied on as the latest
depiction of existing airport conditions. All pilots are cautioned
to used additional sources of information including but not limited,
to the Airmans Information Manual (AIM), the current Airport
Facility Directory and/or the Federal Aviations Administration's
(FAA) Notices to Airman (NOTAMS) for airport briefings prior to all
flights.
