The Illinois Department of Transportation had its second Access Highland public informational meeting on Thursday, August 18, 2011 from 4-7 p.m. at the Knights of Columbus Hall. A total of 187 local residents, businesses and organizations attended and expressed their questions, opinions, and concerns.
