The Illinois Department of Transportation announces the left lane of eastbound and westbound I 74 will be closed between I-474 and I-155 starting at 5:30 p.m. today and continuing until 6:30 a.m. Friday. The lane closures are necessary for crews to relocate temporary barrier wall.

The Illinois Department of Transportation announces that traffic on eastbound and westbound I-74 will be stopped for up to 20 minutes at US 150 in Morton starting at 7 p.m. Thursday, May 29th to allow utility crews to remove overhead power lines.

The Illinois Department of Transportation announces lane closures are scheduled for I-74 near Morton this week. The left lane of westbound I-74 will be closed between Morton Avenue and I-155 from 5:30 p.m. today to 6:30 a.m. Thursday. The right lane of eastbound I-74 between I-155 and Morton Avenue will be closed from 5:30 p.m. Thursday to 6:30 a.m. Friday.
