TS 2268: Public Information and Education Materials (Rev. 04/07)
Body:
This form has been modified to revise the following:
 
Items Added: OR-0005, OR-0009, SCP-019, SCP-020, SCP-021, SCP-022, SCP-024, and SCP-025
 
Items Deleted:  CP-0006, CP-0012, and SB-0013
 
In addition, a note was added under the Safety Materials for Ethnic Groups heading to indicate that all items are printed in Spanish.

 

Title:
TS 200A: Occupant Protection Mobilization Data Collection Form - Daytime Enforcement (NEW)
Body:
This form is an occupant protection mobilization reporting form.   It reports results of safety belt enforcement activities for law enforcement grants.  The primary users of TS 200 are mini-grantees and existing ("add money") grantees participating in annual occupant protection mobilizations that take place throughout the year.  This mandatory data collection form must be properly completed and submitted by grantees before claims for reimbursement will be processed.  The TS 200 will be submitted to the DTS Evaluation Unit.  The TS 200A mirrors the TS 200 form and its function, but is used specifically for occupant protection enforcement conducted during daylight hours.  Daylight is defined as the hours between dawn and dusk.

Body:
This form is an occupant protection mobilization reporting form. It reports results of safety belt enforcement activities for law enforcement grants.  The primary users of TS 200 are mini-grantees and existing ("add money") grantees participating in annual occupant protection mobilizations that take place throughout the year.  This mandatory data collection form must be properly completed and submitted by grantees before claims for reimbursement will be processed.  The TS 200 will be submitted to the DTS Evaluation Unit.  The TS 200B mirrors the TS 200 form and its function, but is used specifically for occupant protection enforcement conducted during nighttime hours.  Nighttime is defined as the hours between dusk and dawn.

TS 200C: Occupant Protection Mobilization Data Collection Form - 24 May Nighttime Enforcement (NEW)
Body:
This form is an occupant protection mobilization reporting form.  It reports results of safety belt enforcement activities for law enforcement grants.  The primary users of TS 200 are mini-grantees and existing ("add money") grantees participating in annual occupant protection mobilizations that take place throughout the year.  This mandatory data collection form must be properly completed and submitted by grantees before claims for reimbursement will be processed.  The TS 200 will be submitted to the DTS Evaluation Unit.  The TS 200C mirrors the TS 200 form and its function, but is used specifically for occupant protection enforcement conducted during the nighttime hours between sundown on Thursday, May 24, 2007, and sunup on Friday, May 25, 2007.  This form will be used to collect data specifically for a national nighttime enforcement to be conducted on this date.
