This form is an occupant protection mobilization reporting
form. It reports results of safety belt enforcement
activities for law enforcement grants. The primary users of
TS 200 are mini-grantees and existing ("add money") grantees
participating in annual occupant protection mobilizations
that take place throughout the year. This mandatory data
collection form must be properly completed and submitted by
grantees before claims for reimbursement will be processed.
The TS 200 will be submitted to the DTS Evaluation Unit.
The TS 200A mirrors the TS 200 form and its function, but is
used specifically for occupant protection enforcement
conducted during daylight hours. Daylight is defined as the
hours between dawn and dusk.
